I love hugging Trees.

In Public. And I don't care how weird anyone thinks I am.

I created Woo Woo Walks to blend my missions of Running in Slippers- connection through vulnerability and Shine from the Inside! Self- Love Coaching- developing daily practices that bring you joy for a safe space to be authentically you while connecting with others and nature.

I created it just as much for myself as for others. Quitting my corporate job has made me realize just how much I have been abandoning myself by not living in the present moment, scrolling on my phone, not appreciating the beautiful place where I live, being obsessed with time and schedules, not making the time to truly catch-up and connect with other people, not being playful, and overall, forgetting to do more things that bring me joy. Who can relate?

If you live on or are visiting Oahu and have one hour a week to connect with nature and other human beings over a relatable, refreshing conversation, I am hosting Woo Woo Walks every Thursday at 5pm in Waikiki. Check my stories or website on the day of for the specific location.

My original vision for Running in Slippers was to have Love Tribes all over the world so that communities have a safe space for vulnerable conversation. I am excited about the potential of Woo Woo Walks because that may be the vessel for my vision. Stay tuned!

Also, if you are not hugging trees, what are you doing with your life? It's nature's version of a charging station. The taller the better ☀️
